My name is Ilina, and I am an Integrative Womb Hara Massage Therapist based in Melbourne, Australia, where I live with my partner and our beautiful little boy.
My journey into this work has been one of coming home to myself.
Over the years, I explored many healing modalities and philosophies, including Tantra and its teachings, searching for where my heart truly belonged. There were countless signs and gentle nudges calling me towards this work, but like many of us, it took time to trust them. When I finally did, I discovered something far greater than a career—I rediscovered my own power as a woman and a womb holder.
Motherhood has transformed me in ways I could never have imagined. It has softened me, strengthened me, and opened my heart more deeply to the wisdom held within the body. It continues to shape the way I hold space for the women who come to my table.
I am deeply committed to continually learning, evolving, and weaving new knowledge into my practice, so every session is delivered with presence, intention, and genuine care. My hope is that each woman leaves feeling more connected to herself than when she arrived.
Outside the treatment room, you’ll usually find me slowing down with my family, walking in nature, swimming in the ocean, or chasing sunrises on a spontaneous road trip. I believe healing is found in the simple moments, and I hope to pass that appreciation on to my son as he grows.
I also have a deep love for herbal medicine and natural remedies. Creating nourishing teas, tinctures, balms, and oils from organic ingredients has become another extension of my care, and these beautiful elements naturally find their way into my treatments.
It is an honour to hold space for women during all seasons of life. I look forward to welcoming you, supporting you, and creating a space where your body feels safe to soften, release, and remember its own wisdom.
